Where You Matter

The One-Stop-Shop for your NDIS needs.

HealioCare Support Services are Registered NDIS Provider, ISO Accredited and are here to make navigating the NDIS system easier.

Founder, Jerome Fernando, has been in the customer service industry for 15 years and attention to detail and providing superior customer service are where his businesses outperform others and HealioCare is no different.

Jerome recognised the gap with NDIS recipients being able to connect quality, reliable and trusted carers with each other and how important it is to do so.

In 2021, Jerome established HealioCare Support Services, enlisting like-minded business professionals and qualified carers who understood his vision to begin building the business.

HealioCare is proud to be a quality-first and customer-first business offering fast response times to customers’ queries.

If we can’t offer what you need, we’ll find someone who does and connect you with them. Why? Because at HealioCare Support Services, you matter!
